All saltwater and freshwater drainages from Cape Suckling on the east through Prince William Sound to Gore Point (including Gore Point). Also included is that portion of the Copper River drainage downstream of a line between the south bank of Haley Creek and the south bank of Canyon Creek in Wood Canyon.
