(Palmer) - The Alaska Department of Fish and Game (ADF&G) is hosting a public meeting on Tuesday, January 14, 2020, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. regarding the northern pike eradication project scheduled for the Fall of 2020 in Kings and Anderson lakes. The meeting will provide the public an opportunity to:
- Learn about the impacts caused by northern pike in Southcentral Alaska,
- Learn about ADF&G’s plan to remove northern pike from Anderson and Kings lakes and the steps needed to accomplish this goal and,
- Ask questions and share your views and observations with ADF&G staff.
ADF&G encourages people to attend the meeting which will be held at the Teeland Middle School cafeteria located at 2788 North Seward Meridian Parkway, Wasilla, Alaska.
