Susitna Landing (Kashwitna) Facility, Willow

This beautiful campground, boat launch, and day-use area is located on the confluence of the Kashwitna and Susitna rivers with views of Mount Denali. This is a popular boating access location for salmon fisherman, wildlife viewers, hunters, and campers traveling the Parks Highway between Fairbanks, Denali National Park, and Anchorage.

  • Facilities: ADA Facility, 69 Campsites with Picnic Tables and Fire Pits (17 Electric), RV Size Limit 35', Camping Limit 14 Nights, Boat Launch Fee, Daily Parking Fee, Toilets, Showers, Water, Picnic Shelter, Fish Cleaning Stations.

  • Driving Directions: From Wasilla head north on the Parks Highway. At MP82.5 turn left on E. Susitna Landing Road. Continue approximately 1 mile, Facility is located at the end of the road.

    Little Susitna Public Use Facility, Wasilla

    This peaceful campground and boat launch facility is on the Little Susitna River in the Susitna Flats State Game Refuge. This is a popular boating access location for fisherman, wildlife and bird viewing, and moose and waterfowl hunters.

  • Facilities: ADA Facility, 39 Non-Electric Campsites with Picnic Tables and Fire Pits, RV size limit 40', Camping Limit 14 Nights, Boat Launch Fee, Daily Parking Fee, Toilets, Water, Trails, Fishing Platforms, Fish Cleaning Station, 7 On River Campsites (Boat Access), RV Dump.

  • Address: 30428 W. Little Susitna River Access Road, Wasilla, Alaska
  • Driving Directions: From Wasilla head south on Knik Goose Bay Road approximately 17.8 miles. Turn right on Point MacKenzie Road 4.6 miles, Turn right on S. Burma Road, Turn left on Ayshire Road, slight right on to W. Little Susitna River Access Road. Facility is located at the end of the road.
