Bears are found throughout Alaska, particularly along streams with spawning salmon. Many local guides and tour operators offer wildlife viewing opportunities at various sites. These undeveloped viewing sites include, but are not limited to, the Copper River and Simpson Bay near Cordova, and Margaret Creek near Ketchikan.
