Comments: NO NAME WATERSHED, CULVERT PASSES UNDER RR TRACKS, POND/MARSH ABOVE TRACKS, NO UPSTREAM MEASUREMENTS TAKEN, 2 STICKLEBACK OBSERVED, OTHER SPECIES LIKELY. This culvert drains southern pond and there is another culvert about 40 feet downstream that runs under the Seward Highway.
