Comments: PLMP 100.31. This culvert had very high water while this survey was taking place. The overflow pipe is almost as big as the major pipe. It looks to have been recently replaced. Very nice new fish pass pipe, most likely not a barrier, however there is a downstream culvert under the Dalton Highway that is.
