Survey EDS10-STS22

Observers: Ben Histand, Justin Leon

Overall Fish Passage Rating: Red

Tidal: No
Backwatered: No

Step Pools: No
Construction Year:

Site Observations:

  1. Road bank erosion
  2. Structural Problem
  3. Inlet perch
  4. Compound gradient in pipe
  5. Mechanical damage or joints parting
  6. Culvert gradient red

Comments: The outlet has a large portion broken off and it is about 50 feet downstream. The inlet is ripping apart and it is extremely bent in. There is an inlet perch present. There is also a 4.5 foot mitered section on the inlet. This pipe is coming apart throughout. The rust line height was taken from inside the mitered section.
