  1. Outfall height gray

Comments: Ponds both U/S and D/S. Observed fish jumping in D/S pond. Water levels at time of survey are low enough that the pipe is dry at both inlet and outlet. Outfall height is pipe invert to top of water downstream. If water levels were higher their might not be an outfall height.
