Construction Year:

Site Observations:

  1. Culvert gradient red
  2. Damage associated with ice problems
  3. Outfall height gray

Comments: Marginal Habitat. Steamboat Cr flows right into Pedro Creek after it passes under the Steese Highway. C1, C2, C3 all have flares on inlet and outlet and are bent up and have water flowing under pipe. C2 flare is separating from pipe. Water level too low for minnow trapping. 54' U/S to natural stream, inlet area degraded by construction traffic.
