Survey EDS10-LIV04

Observers: Mark Eisenman, Justin Leon

Overall Fish Passage Rating: Green

Tidal: No
Backwatered: Yes

Step Pools: No
Construction Year:

Site Observations:

  1. Culvert gradient red
  2. Road bank erosion
  3. Road Fill (pushed off road by grader)
  4. Structural Problem
  5. Constriction ratio gray

Comments: Pipe is fully submerged at the outlet and almost fully submerged at the inlet. The inlet is bent and broken. It is missing its first couple feet of pipe. The outlet of this pipe has a lot of road bank erosion falling into it. Measurements may not be accurate because the pipe is submerged. The rust line height was not taken because the pipe was submerged. Stream widths were taken downstream because there is no clear upstream.
