Comments: Fox Creek is dammed and there is a water wheel about 600-700' D/S. No minnow traps set due to shallow water. Channelized upstream and downstream. Rock TWC looks like it was put there. This is the crossing at the Fox Spring along the Elliott Hwy.

Comments: No rust line noticed, could be buried under substrate having recently filled pipe. Pipe is backwater with TWC.
