Survey EDS10-EUK01

Observers: Mark Eisenman, Justin Leon

Overall Fish Passage Rating: Red

Tidal: No
Backwatered: No

Step Pools: No
Construction Year:

Site Observations:

  1. Structural Problem
  2. Mechanical damage or joints parting
  3. Damage associated with ice problems
  4. Culvert sagging in middle
  5. Constriction ratio red
  6. Culvert gradient red

Comments: Both sides of the pipe are mitered. The inlet has been pushed severely in and is badly damaged. Channel appears to be a ditch both upstream and downstream.
