Construction Year:

Site Observations:

  1. Damage associated with ice problems
  2. Structural Problem
  3. Mechanical damage or joints parting
  4. Inlet perch
  5. Compound gradient in pipe
  6. Road bank erosion

Comments: The inlet of this bent was extremely bent up, causing a big inlet perch. The pipe is also disconnected at the inlet. No minnow traps were set out at this site because the water was too shallow. About 5' of the outlet is completely disconnected and sticking up in the air. There is an apparent compound gradient, but it could not be calculated because it was unsafe to go inside the pipe. No length could be determined because there was no DOT information on the pipe and the laser could not be used to obtain the length.
