Site Observations:

  1. Outfall height red
  2. Inlet perch
  3. Structural Problem
  4. Mechanical damage or joints parting
  5. Compound gradient in pipe

Comments: On 31 mile pullout. This culvert has a big inlet perch approx 1.10ft. The pipe is broken and crushed down towards the inlet and length could not be measured. The pipe is separating into sections. The outlet appears to be a different pipe. It looks as if it could be aluminum. There is also a compound gradient in this pipe. It looks like a small pond has been created by the inlet. Max pool depth is 1.70ft at 4ft from the outlet. No longitudinal profile was taken because of the terrain.
