Comments: No traps set water to shallow. Approx. 500' downstream from ELH06. Pipe is plugged somewhere and inlet is backwatered with a small pond formed behind it, up to 3' deep. Outlet damage, pieces of outlet lying around downstream. DOT #1427 +50 (36"x224'). Culvert Length could not be determined on site. We could not float a tape or shoot a laser down the pipe due to obstruction and the outlet appears to have been sheared off. DOT placard states that culvert length is 224 feet.
