Comments: Max outlet pool depth 0.75'. Pipe appears to be rusted out water is leaking into pipe from surrounding surface. Part of inlet has broken and substrate is washing into pipe. Pipe length could not be measured and there was no DOT placard. 25 mile Elliott Hwy Pullout.
