  1. Sediment accumulation

Comments: Pipe is at an intersection and runs underneath both roads with a bend in the middle. The inlet-end of the pipe above the bend is 153' and the outlet-end section is 108'. This culvert has a break in it for a storm drain. There is heavy sedimentation throughout the pipes. There is rip-rap present at the inlet and outlet. Both upstream and downstream are ditches so the constriction ratio might not be used.
