Comments: An Arctic Grayling was seen in an outlet pool downstream of this culvert. Upstream of this culvert is stagnant deep water. Downstream widths were used for this reason. This culvert is has 2 pipes. C1 appears to have a compound gradient, but it was not able to be deternined.
