Survey EDS10-NCR04

Observers: Mark Eisenman, Justin Leon

Overall Fish Passage Rating: Red

Tidal: Yes
Backwatered: No

Step Pools: No
Construction Year:

Site Observations:

  1. Culvert gradient red
  2. Material inadequate for designed use
  3. Other, including vibrations, cavitation, etc.
  4. Road bank erosion
  5. Road Fill (pushed off road by grader)
  6. Sediment accumulation

Comments: This site appears to have been washed out a number of times and culverts and crossing are in pretty bad shape. This site has been replace and a new survey has been taken. This survey should be used for historic purposes only.
