Site Comments: Nurse Creek has cut into and is connected with a pond a few hundred feet upstream from the crossing. There is a bridge crossing about 0.50 miles upstream.

Comments: This information was gathered as part of the joint reconnaissance level project between the ADF&G Habitat Division and the Fish Passage Assessment Project on Adak Island. Due to time constraints full site assessments were not conducted, but base line information was collected. Pond upstream is connected to Nurse Creek. Upstream pond electrofished and juvenile coho salmon captured. Adult Sockeye salmon observed above, below and inside culverts. Nurse Creek empites into Andrew Lake directly downstream.
