Comments: Location: Port Graham Stream: Steeper gradient creating many riffles and pools. Substrate is cobble with large rocks. Streambank is densely vegetated. Flow measurements were done at 40' upstream; rocks and an eddy were problematic. Culvert: Arch foundation is rocks. Pipe condition=5. Not embedded (natural substrate). Good, functional pipe.
