Comments: Location: Port Graham Stream: Steep gradient with many riffles, pools and some 12"+ falls. Substrate is pebble/cobble with small boulders; layers of bedrock downstream. Stream bank is densely vegetated. Flow measurements done at 45' upstream; rocks were problematic. Culvert: Arch is supported by rocks and functions well. Pipe condition=5. Not embedded (natural substrate).
