Comments: Location: Port Graham Stream: Good flow with a small pool at the outlet. Substrate is cobble/pebble and boulders. Stream bank is well vegetated. Flow measurements done at 40' upstream; shallow water level was problematic. Culvert: Pipe is perched (3-4") midway thru (one pipe was retro-fitted inside another) Outlet perched ~6-8". Pipe condition=3. Not embedded.
