Comments: Location: Port Graham Stream: Good flow. Stream meanders thru arch. Stream bank is well vegetated up and downstream. Substrate is pebble/cobble and some large rocks. Outlet flow is on RB of arch (invert dry). Large rocks immediately downstream of outlet may prohibit fish passage, particularly upstream movement. Bank undercut is 1' at 100'. Culvert: Pipe condition=5. Not embedded (natural substrate).
