Comments: Location: Port Graham Stream: Channel is narrow with slow flow, no apparent restriction. Stream banks are well vegetated. Bank undercut 3-4". Substrate is pebbles/gravel with some large rocks (12"). Culvert: Large dent 3' inside of inlet. Pipe condition=5. Not embedded. Pipe appears well-fit to stream size.
