Comments: Location: Port Graham Stream: Flow is slow but not restricted by the culvert. The channel is wider near the inlet and outlet; channel width narrows ~25' upstream of inlet and 75' downstream of outlet. Substrate is small cobble; some larger rocks inside of the arch. Bank undercut is ~6". Flow measurements were done 75' upstream of inlet; rocks were problematic. Culvert: Pipe Condition =5. Arch is set on a large rock foundation. Not embedded (natural substrate).
