Comments: Location: Port Graham Stream: Channel impassable 85' upstream-many windfall trees and dense vegetation. Substrate: pebble/cobble up and downstream of the pipe; some larger rocks downstream. Stream has good flow. Culvert: Inlet pipe squashed with a large tree resting on top. Pipe condition=5. Embedded.
