Comments: Location: Port Graham Stream: Stream gradient is steeper ~3-4' upstream of inlet. At inlet, the stream meanders to right bank resulting in great depth than at inlet thalweg. Substrate is mixed sand and gravel upstream, and gravel with large rocks downstream. The stream bank is densely vegetated upstream and more open downstream. Bank undercut 0.5-1'. Flow measurements were done 40' upstream of inlet; rocks were problematic. Culvert: Pipe is perched. Pipe condition=5. Not embedded.
