Comments: Location: Port Graham Stream: Inlet is ponded, eroded below pipe, and has much sedimentation (mucky). Bank undercut 2-4". Outlet is perched resulting in a pool; substrate downstream is gravel and pebble; stream bank densely vegetated. Culvert: Decrease in water level would prohibit flow at inlet. Pipe condition=4-5, functional but in need of repair. Not embedded.
