Comments: Location: Port Graham Stream: Channel meanders thru arch. Large rocks blocking inlet, altering the flow and increasing sedimentation. Bank undercut ~ 5". Substrate: gravel to small cobble, no sand. Minimal flow or too shallow, ( no measurements taken). Entire area densely vegetated with devil's club. Outlet invert and water surface elevation lie on a gravel bar not in the water Culvert: Pipe condition=5. Rust appears on right bank side of culvert. Not embedded ( arch;natural substrate).
