Comments: Location: Port Graham Stream: Minimal ponding at inlet: ~3-4' upstream, but reduces flow. Outlet has a slight pool. Substrate is mostly pebble and gravel. Streamside veg: dense Devil's Club. No stream flow conducted (too shallow or ponded or pooled). Culvert: Pipe condition=5. Not embedded.
