Comments: Location: East Rd. Stream: Good flow into pipe, but upstream flow reduced by ponding. Gravel substrate downstream of the pipe. Bank undercut 6-18". No stream flow at 75' upstream and becomes subterranean at 150'. Culvert: 1 overflow pipe, good condition. Outlet is perched a few inches. pipe condition=5. Not embedded.
