Comments: Location: Oilwell Rd. Stream: Good stream flow. Ponding upstream appears to have receded some with new pipe. Large boulders present downstream of outlet. Flow measurements were done downstream of outlet; rocks were problematic Culvert: Pipe appears to be new since the 02 flood and is perched 2' at the outlet. Inlet is made of gabions forming a stair stepping headwall; the pipe extends beyond the wall 5'. Pipe condition=5. Embedded.
