Comments: Location: Oilwell Rd. to 1200 Rd. Stream: Stream is narrow, in a ravine, and has good flow. Substrate is primarily soft sand with some gravel. Banks are well vegetated with shrubs and herbs. Very small pond (1-2') at outlet. Culvert: Road surface is "high" above culvert. Pipe size accommodates good stream flow. Pipe condition=5. Not embedded.
