Comments: Location: Oil Well Road to 1200 Rd. Stream: Upstream is a meandering channel with good flow and gravel substrate. Large pool downstream of pipe; tailcrest is ~ 50-75' downstream. Bank undercut range: 4"-6". Culvert: The top of pipe has a rip about midway; bent in ~1'. Pipe condition=5. Not embedded.
