Site Comments: Location: Oil Well Road to 1200 Rd. Stream pools immediately downstream of the pipe with no apparent outlet; goes subterranean and reappears 50' downstream as a narrow and shallow stream. The substrate is mixed rock, gravel and sand.

Comments: Location: Oil Well Road to 1200 Rd. Stream: Stream pools immediately downstream of the pipe with no apparent outlet; goes subterranean and reappears 50' downstream as a narrow and shallow stream. The substrate is mixed rock, gravel and sand. Bank undercut ~1.5'. No flow measurements taken; the stream was too shallow, steep or contained pools. Culvert: Pipe is perched about 2' and is slightly bent on edges of inlet. Road appears to have pr3viously washed out; typar visible in the sand and gravel that appears to have been recently altered. A low spot occurs in the road where culvert passes. Pipe condition=5.
