Comments: Culvert replaced under ADFG Habitat Permit FH-16-II-0007 during the 2016-2017 Seward Highway upgrade. Site 20403919 was also replaced just downstream from outlet.

Comments: Culvert dimensions and substrate depth taken from site plans and have not been field verified. Culvert width 12 ft., culvert height 3.5' to top of substrate, substrate depth 2 ft. Culvert length 400.
